CONDITIONS OF ENTRY – Spika Pty Ltd – COMPETITIONS – “Show us Ya Rig”

  1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions of entry.
  2. Entry is open to residents of Australia who are over 18 only. Entrants must have an Australian postal address. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
  3. Entry is limited to one per person. All duplicated entries will be invalid.
  4. Competition is open-ended with no set closing date. Prize winners will be drawn at random from all valid competition entries received by vote in the Spika HQ. The prize winner will be contacted by phone and in writing using contact details provided in their entry. Judges’ decision in relation to all aspects of this promotion is final and binding on all who enter and no correspondence will be entered into.
  5. The first valid entry drawn will be deemed winner and will win a Spika Prize Pack.

    3. 1 x Spika Decal
  6. The prize is valued at $150.
  7. Prize must be taken as offered. The prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed as cash. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offer. The prize is valued in Australian dollars. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value.
  8. Prizes will not be issued to entrants aged under 18.
  9. In the event that for any reason whatsoever the Winner does not take the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize will be forfeited by the Winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize.
  10. In the event that a prize, or part of a prize, is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize or part of the prize in its discretion with an alternative prize or part of the prize to the same and equal recommended retail value and/or specification.
  11. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries.
  12. Within 7 days of the prize draw, the winner will be notified in writing of the prize they have won. In the event that a winner is unable to be contacted, and all methods of communication are unsuccessful, unclaimed prizes will be dealt with as prescribed by the law of the State or Territory of Australia in which the prize winner resides. The prize remains the property of the Promoter until claimed by the prize winner.
  13. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these conditions of entry; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; (f) participation in the promotion and/or (g) redemption of the prize.
  14. This includes, without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.
  15. The Promoter is neither responsible nor liable for any late, lost or misdirected entries.
  16. The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, or for any of the equipment.
  17. All entries become the property of the Promoter and may be used for promotional purposes, subject to the Promoter’s privacy policy. Entrants who do not want their personal information used for the above purposes, or who want to gain access to or correct their personal information should contact the Promoter.
  18. By entering the competition, the entrant consents to receipt of any email regarding the competition, and other emails which inform the entrant of the Promoter’s other publications, products, services and events.
  19. The Promoter may conduct such further draws as are necessary in order to distribute any prizes unclaimed. In the event of any winners of a prize worth more than $100 in an unclaimed prize draw, the winners will be notified in writing and their names will be published on the Promoter’s web site, spika.com.au.

  4. Competition commences on 21/06/2019 at 6pm EST and closes on 05/07/2019 at 4pm EST. The major prize winner will be determined by vote in the Spika HQ. Judges’ decision in relation to all aspects of this promotion is final and binding on all who enter and no correspondence will be entered into.
  5. The selected entry as voted on by a panel of judges will be deemed winner and will win one of five Spika Box Packs.
  6. The prize pool is valued at $499.75.
